Other Events.

On December 9, 2020, James S. Shannon, M.D., MRCP (UK) was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MannKind Corporation, succeeding Kent Kresa in such capacity. Mr. Kresa continues to serve as a member of the Board and as Chair of the Compensation Committee of the Board.
